About this Project
Mimi’s Cafe has a 30+ year history of providing quality food and service with the philosophy that their guests are their highest priority. With the popularity of Mimi’s growing so too were their number of restaurants.
With new restaurants being built, Mimi’s needed an HVAC contractor they could count on. Crowther became Mimi’s HVAC partner and installed roof-top units/air handlers, supply and return ductwork, kitchen exhaust and all associated controls.
